John Biggs
Managing Director
John leads the team with a passion for quality and customer care. Having been trained by his father, Roland Biggs (a well-established plumbing and heating engineer in the area), he has spent most of his life including the younger years around plumbing and heating.
With over 25 years’ experience running a successful business in the plumbing and heating sector, John brings an extensive wealth of knowledge in all aspects of plumbing, heating and renewables to provide quality advice to find solutions to all projects.
Brandon Kirby
Lead Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Brandon is a key asset to the business. Appointed to the Business via our apprenticeship program in 2017 has excelled through the ranks to become lead plumbing and heating engineer.
Having gained his experience through Biggs Heat Technologies, Brandon has covered all aspects of plumbing and heating and as such brings a wealth of knowledge to our client base in problem solving and carrying out installations.
Dowen Bent
Gas Technician
Appointed in 2023 Dowen brings over 20 years of experience in gas servicing and boiler fault finding.
Having spent his career working on a wide variety of gas appliances and installations he has a wide knowledge base to work on gas appliances, old and new.
Diligent and thorough in the execution of his responsibilities as a Gas Safe Engineer.
Rosalind Biggs
Office Manager
Having worked in a variety of roles throughout her career for the Local Authority, NHS and Charity sector Rosalind has a broad range of skills and knowledge to aid the administration of the business.
Rosalind is the primary office contact covering accountancy, contracting and general administration.
An essential cog in the business to keep the business running efficiently.
Harvey Collarelli
Apprentice
Harvey joined the team in 2025 through our well-established apprenticeship programme in partnership with Bournemouth and Poole College of Further Education.
Harvey is keen to learn and is looking forward to attaining the relevant knowledge, experience and qualifications that we are able to offer him here at Biggs Heat Technologies to aid him in his future career in the industry.
