Here are some common situations we can help with.

If your boiler has stopped working, your hot water has gone cold or your heating won’t come on, we can inspect the system and identify the fault. This could be anything from pressure issues and controls to valves, pumps or boiler components.

Banging, gurgling, whistling or dripping around the boiler should be checked properly. Small issues can point to trapped air, pressure problems, circulation faults or leaks that may get worse if left.

Cold radiators, cold spots or rooms that never quite warm up can be caused by air in the system, sludge build-up, poor balancing, faulty valves or circulation issues. We can diagnose the cause and recommend the right fix.

A drop in water pressure can affect taps, showers, boilers and heating systems. We’ll check whether the issue is local to one outlet, linked to the boiler, or part of a wider pipework or supply problem.

From dripping pipework to urgent bursts, we can help locate the problem and carry out a reliable repair. If there is active water damage, turn off the stop tap where possible and call us for advice.
